Completion of training for members of volunteer fire brigades of Narodytska community
The training of members of the Narodytska community's volunteer fire brigades has been completed as part of the project "Creation of a public system of fire protection of forests in Ukraine", implemented by the All-Ukrainian Environmental League with the assistance and support of the U.S. Forest Service International Programs. The Narodytska community is among five communities selected in Ukraine to implement the pilot project. The main goal of the project is to strengthen the fight against forest fires in Ukraine by creating a system of voluntary fire brigades in the pilot communities.
