Леонід Головач, начальник АРЗ СП Головного управління ДСНС у Полтавській області, презентував інтерактивну систему навчання добровільних пожежників.
Особливий акцент було зроблено на презентації мотиваційного відео «Об’єднані для захисту лісів України від пожеж». Учасники обговорили, як громадські активісти, територіальні громади та представники ДСНС можуть ефективно протидіяти лісовим пожежам, особливо в умовах російської військової агресії. Конференція стала не лише платформою для обговорення нагальних проблем, але й важливим кроком для посилення співпраці між місцевою владою, громадами та міжнародними організаціями у протидії надзвичайним ситуаціям.
Conference and training «Supporting community resilience and emergency response for local decision makers» (Korosten)
On October 10, 2024, a training conference «Supporting Community Resilience and Emergency Response for Local Decision Makers» was held at the Korosten District Military Administration. The main goal of the event was to encourage the population to join the volunteer fire department in Zhytomyr region.

A special emphasis was placed on the presentation of the motivational video «United to Protect Ukraine's Forests from Fires». Participants discussed how civic activists, local communities and representatives of the SESU can effectively combat forest fires, especially in the context of russian military aggression. The conference was not only a platform for discussing pressing issues, but also an important step towards strengthening cooperation between local authorities, communities and international organizations in countering emergencies.
