– Інформування про завдання, мету, кінцеву ціль (намір лідера)
– Особистий приклад
– Бажання активно діяти
– Вдосконалення
– Комунікаційні зобов'язання
– Наставництво
– Як люди ухвалюють рішення
– Побудова згуртованих команд
Цей захід став ще одним важливим кроком на шляху до розвитку сучасного лідерства в ДСНС. Завдяки впровадженню нових підходів, команда може стати більш згуртованою, ефективною та підготовленою до будь-яких викликів

On October 23, 2024, a working meeting was held between experts from the US Forest Service and a representative of the Main Directorate of the SESU in Zaporizhzhya region on the Leadership course with the organizational support of the All-Ukrainian Environmental League.
Leadership is the art of interacting with people to achieve results. Developing organizational leaders leads to greater efficiency and safety of operations
Experts from the US Forest Service presented the concepts of leadership that need to be implemented, including:
– Levels of Leadership
– Command climate
– Command presence
– Communicating Task, Purpose, End State (Leader’s Intent)
– Leading by Example
– Bias for Action
– Leading Up
– Communication Responsibilities
– Mentoring
– How humans decide
– Building cohesive teams
This event was another important step towards the development of modern leadership in the SESU. By implementing new approaches, the team can become more cohesive, efficient and prepared for any challenges.
